Vermont State Police troopers and search and rescue organizations are looking for a Connecticut man who did not return as scheduled after a day of hunting.
Police say that 45-year-old Trey Young of New Haven, Connecticut, had gone into the woods Sunday off Eastham Road had not returned home by 6 p.m. as expected.
In addition to state troopers, the Killington Search and Rescue Team, the Rutland Fire Department and several other agencies are actively searching the wooded area around Eastham Road for Young.
On Sunday, a hunter who had been missing in the Canadian border town of Holland was found in the neighboring town of Norton after he had been missing for four days.
