Police in Hartford are searching for a man accused of assaulting a woman at Union Station early Sunday morning.
The victim told police she was assaulted because of her sexual orientation. She told police her arm and leg were hurt. She was taken to the hospital.
Police said they searched the area but did not find the alleged suspect, and no surveillance video captured the reported altercation.
The victim described the suspect as a black man between 30 and 35 years old with a bald head, weighing about 230 pounds.
