PLAINFIELD, CT (WFSB) -
Plainfield police said they arrested a local man after the car he was a passenger in was stopped late Sunday night.
According to police, Eric Terwilliger, 35, was a passenger in the car officers stopped on Sterling Road in the Moosup section of town.
The stop was made just before 10:30 p.m.
Police said they found Terwilliger to be in possession of heroin and cocaine, which was hidden in a hooded sweatshirt.
Terwilliger was charged with two counts of possession of narcotics and was later released on a $10,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Danielson Superior Court on Dec. 12.
The driver of the vehicle, 23-year-old Brandon Mazuraitis, was not charged.
