STAMFORD, CT (AP/WFSB) -

A third man was arrested in connection with the murder of a Stamford man, who went missing last month after a party at a luxury Manhattan apartment.

The New York Police Department charged 29-year-old Max Gemma, of Oceanport, NJ, with hindering prosecution and tampering with physical evidence on Tuesday.

The arrest of Gemma comes after 25-year-old James Rackover, of New York, NY and 28-year-old Lawrence Dilione, of Jersey City, NJ were arrested for the murder of 26-year-old Stamford resident Joseph Comunale.

Comunale, 26, was last seen alive on Nov. 13 at a party in New York City. His body was found in Ocean Point, NJ on Nov. 16, 60 miles away from the Grand Sutton Condo building where he was partying.

Dilione and Rackover, were charged with second-degree murder, concealment of a human corpse and tampering with physical evidence. Dilione was also charged with first-degree hindering prosecution.

Police said the investigation into the murder of Comunale was ongoing.
