Shrimp Scampi Ravioli with White Wine and Butter Sauce

Serving Size: 4 people
•1 Package P/C Shrimp Scampi Ravioli
•1 Tbsp. Butter, plus 2 tsp
•1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
•¼ cup White Wine
• ½ cup Heavy Cream
•1tsp Garlic, Sliced
•1tsp Shallots, Finely Chopped
•½ tsp Salt
•1 Tbsp. Parsley, Chopped
1.In a Sauté pan, toast Garlic and Shallots over medium heat for 1 minute.
2.Add White Wine and reduce until almost all is gone
3.Add Heavy Cream and reduce by half.
4.Add Butter, Salt and Lemon; stirring constantly.
5.Cook Ravioli 3 minutes in boiling water
6.Strain the pasta into the Sauté pan, mix in remaining ingredients.
