ENFIELD, CT (WFSB) -

Police in Enfield are looking for a Chevrolet Silverado that is possibly connected to the deadly hit-and-run that happened earlier this month.

Jeremy Mercier, 20, was killed after he was hit by a truck while riding his skateboard near Orbit Drive in Enfield at around 1 a.m. on Dec. 2.

Police said they believe the truck has damage to the front, right side, including headlight damage.

Mercier's roommate Jonathon Degray said the skateboarder was on his way to help him after his truck broke down along Route 5. He was hit shortly after.

Anyone with information should contact Enfield police at (860)763-6400.
