With the stresses of the holidays less than a week away from reaching their culmination, perhaps it's fitting that Tuesday is National Sangria Day.
According to NationalDayCalendar.com, the fruity wine drink is celebrated every Dec. 20.
Sangria is made of Sangria Blanca white wine and sweetened with fresh fruit and fruit juices, according to the site. Some recipes also call for herbs, spices, carbonation and/or liquor.
Once mixed, it's typically chilled to allow the fruit to marinate.
To celebrate, social media users have been posting the hashtag #NationalSangriaDay.
