Police attempting to identify trio that stole from fire department boat

STONIGNTON, CT (WFSB) -

Stonington police are looking to the public to help identify three individuals who stole property off a fire boat docked at Mystic River Park last week.

Police said three people entered the boat which belongs to the Mystic Fire Department on Tuesday, December 20 around 9:15 p.m.

The suspects made off with items that were being stored on the boat, though police did no specify exactly what was stolen.

Anyone who may have information into the identity of any of the individuals in the photos is being asked to call the Stonington Police Department at 860-599-7551 or email Sgt. Morrison at wmorrison@stonington-ct.gov.
