HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) -

Hartford police said they busted nine suspects for drug charges following an operation that happened on Thursday.

Police said they were conducting surveillance in the area of 883 Broad St. when they saw a number of people riding dirt bikes and dealing drugs.

They said they arrested Jonathan Rosario, Luis Santos Jr., Devon Logan, Luis Padua, Francisco Gonzalez, Antonio Hernandez, Eliezer Orozco and a 17-year-old juvenile.

Information on the 9th suspect was not available.

Officers said several of the suspects were in possession of drugs and a loaded revolver was recovered on the scene.

Eight suspected stolen dirt bikes were seized. Another one was confirmed to have been stolen out of New Britain.

A number of them had existing warrants out for their arrests, police said.

Their charges ranged from possession to trespass.
