PLYMOUTH, CT (WFSB) -

Terryville firefighters responded to a crash on Route 6 Saturday morning, just feet from where a crash just a week prior sent a car into a nearby home.

Officials said the driver lost control and struck a telephone pole that sits right in front of a home that struck by a vehicle back on October 12.

Caution tape was still up around the home in the background as repairs are continuing to be made.

No word on if the driver in Saturday's crash was injured.

Neighbors told Eyewitness News that something needs to be done on the road before someone gets killed.
