Executive Producer (Special Projects)

This position handles a wide variety of special projects for WFSB. This manager has primary responsibility for the I-Team Investigative team, assists in the oversight of ratings planning and execution of "targeted special reports," handles the production of all special projects, could travel for breaking news to coordinate in the field, and oversees other big special projects for the station.

This position is scheduled to commence employment beginning July 1, 2008.

Minimum Requirements

College degree in journalism, communications, History, English, economics, political science or other subject preferred.

Minimum five years producing newscasts mandatory. Minimum two years as Executive Producer or Supervising Producer preferred.
