NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WFSB) - 2,547 United Illuminating customers are without power in New Haven.
A bird caused a transformer fire at Church Street South and Union.
The New Haven Fire Department and United Illuminating are on the scene,
Power is expected to be restored by 6 p.m.
