Man killed by fallen tree in Colchester
Family told Channel 3 a man died earlier today after a tree fell on him.

COLCHESTER, CT (WFSB) - A man was killed by a fallen tree in Colchester on Sunday.
State police identified the victim as 52-year-old Jody Fellows.
Troopers said Fellows was found unresponsive in the woods behind a home on Clark Road. He and his brothers had been cutting down trees.
Fellows’ family told Channel 3 that one fell on him.
There was no criminal aspect, troopers confirmed.
The medical examiner was called.
Troopers said next of kin was notified on the scene.
