Victim in serious condition after shooting in Norwalk

NORWALK, CT (WFSB) – Police are investigating an isolated shooting that occurred on Tuesday night.
Norwalk Combined Dispatch received multiple calls at 9:20 p.m. for several gunshots in the area of Strawberry Hill Avenue and Catalpa Street.
Upon arrival, officers located the crime scene and were informed that the victim arrived at Norwalk Hospital with multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim was listed in serious condition.
According to detectives, there was no ongoing threat to the community.
Authorities will be active in the area on Wednesday to continue the investigation.
