Strawberry Rhubarb Sauce

Ingredients:

2 Cups Fresh Strawberries (chopped)

2 Cups Fresh Rhubarb (chopped)

1 Tbsp. Fresh Ginger (grated)

3 Tbsp. Local Honey

1 Tbsp. Water

Dairy-Free Strawberry Rhubarb Ice Cream

Ingredients:

12 Frozen Strawberry

Rhubarb Sauce cubes

1/2 Cup Coconut Milk (can be full fat)
