Nutella Banana Bread 1 cup melted unsalted butter 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla Blend well Add 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 4 mashed over-ripe bananas Put 1/4 batter in prepared loaf pan. Swirl 1/4 nutella in batter. Add another quarter batter and repeat with Nutella. Cook for 45 minutes 350 oven For a sweet take on a decadent version of French Toast, cool the bread overnight then slice, and dip into a french toast batter: 4 eggs 2 cups milk cinnamon *Cook in skillet or on flat top.
