Panna Cotta 2 C cream 2 C Greek Yogurt 6 oz sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 oz gelatin 1 pinch vanilla 1 ea lemon juice and zest Bring Cream, sugar, salt, vanilla to a simmer. Hydrate gelatin in 2 Tablespoons of cold water and dissolve in the hot liquid. Let cool to room temp and whisk in yogurt. Pour into desired vessels and chill for at least 4 hours. Serve with Macerated fruit.
