Sesame Tuna and Slaw 6-8 oz Ahi Tuna Steak 1 T of Black and white sesame seeds 1 carrot large long peels 1/4 Red cabbage thinly sliced 1 scallion sliced lengthwise 1 cucumber lengthwide peels 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar 2 T sriracha mix honey, vinegar, and sriracha in a bowl 1/2 hr before, set aside. coat tuna in seasame seeds. sear tuna in a pre-heated pan sprayed with pam or a little oil. 1 minute each side toss carrots, cabbage, scallion, cucumber in dressing. slice tuna and serve with slaw.
