An industrial park in Bethel was evacuated after a work struck a gas line on Tuesday morning.

A service line was hit at the Park Ridge Road industrial park around 11:15 a.m., according to Eversource. Authorities said buildings on the Brookfield side of Park Ridge Road were evacuated due to the leak.

Crews from the Eversource were called to the scene.

There is no word on injuries.
