Bristol police seek shooting suspect

Bristol police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man allegedly involved in a shooting.

Police said following an investigation into Saturday’s shooting, they obtained an arrest warrant for Raquan Murrelle.

The shooting happened at about 1 a.m. on Saturday at the intersection of Summer and Center streets.

The victim suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound to his hip. The victim was identified as Travis Hapgood.

Murrelle is being sought by police, who said he may be in possession of the firearm used in the incident.
