Police in Hamden said they're looking for a man who stole a vehicle at a UHaul.

They said they responded the the business on Dixwell Avenue on Friday.

An investigation showed that a man in his 20s who was 5'9" tall, about 170 pounds and had a small tattoo on his left shoulder, rented a van back on Aug. 21 using a crime victim's identification.

He has not returned the $35,000 van, police said.

Police released surveillance photos in which he was wearing a white tank top, khaki shorts and a black flat-brimmed hat.
