OLD LYME, CT (WFSB) - The northbound side of Interstate 95 was closed in Old Lyme following a three-vehicle crash.

However, the Department of Transportation reported that it was back open. There was some residual congestion.

The crash happened between exits 70 and 71.

It was first reported around 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

There's no word on injuries or a cause.

More than 4 miles of congestion was reported.
