Woodbridge police have arrested a woman who is believed to be linked to at least one residential burglary in town.

Police took 30-year-old Marquetta James of New Haven into custody on Friday after forensic evidence linked her to a break-in at a Pease Road home in November of 2015.

During that burglary, police said a television was stolen. A warrant was recently issued for James' arrest.

Police were able to locate James while investigation a second burglary that occurred just last week at a second home on Pease Road. The second break in remains under investigation, but police said James is a suspect.

James was arrested for the 2015 break-in and was charged with first-degree burglary and larceny. She was held on a $250,000 bond and is expected to be arraigned Monday in New Haven Superior Court.
