PD: Two accused in assault, attempted robbery of Domino's delivery person

Police in East Haven have arrested two people accused in an assault and attempted robbery involving a Domino’s delivery driver.

Police were called to the area of Old Foxon Road by Foxon Boulevard for the report of a fight.

The two suspects had fled the scene following the fight, but were later located at a home on Brennan Street.

Police arrested 27-year-old Jonathan Perdue, of East Haven, and 36-year-old Tanya La Kierce, of Wallingford.

Perdue was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening, and criminal attempt to commit second-degree robbery.

La Kierce was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening, criminal attempt to commit second-degree robbery, and interfering with police.

Both are being held on a $100,000 bond.
