An argument between rideshare drivers resulted in a stabbing, according to state police.

State police arrested 28-year-old Lyndel Edwards Jr. of Windsor.

The incident happened at the Bradley International Airport cell phone lot in Windsor Locks just before 6 p.m. on Thursday.

According to troopers, Edwards was involved in a fight with another driver in the location where Uber and Lyft drivers usually wait to pick up passengers.

Investigators said a knife was used and a gun was taken out during the incident.

State police said a minor injury was reported, but it was not serious.

Edwards was charged with second-degree assault, second-degree assault with a firearm and first-degree threatening.

His bond was set at $50,000.

The cell phone lot is a parking lot that allows people to wait in their car for their arriving passengers.
