It may barely be November, but Santa has already set up shop at the Westfarms Mall in Farmington.

Eyewitness News was given a sneak peak of the holiday experience, which features "Santa's flight academy," on Thursday.

The event will officially open to the public on Friday.

The experience includes an official flight crew badge, a virtual flight suit fitting, inspection of Santa's sleigh and more, according to organizers.

They also said it will feature a 3,000 square foot North Pole with a 22-foot sleigh.

Attendees can register to be come a cadet at "Santa's flight academy," walk through a number of interactive elements, step inside the giant sleigh for a snowfall dance party and welcome Santa back to Connecticut.
