Police in West Haven said they arrested two men and a young person following a drive-by robbery Monday night.
They said Kenzell Goodman, 21, and 20-year-old Brandon Walker, both of New Haven, pulled up along side the victim in a dark-colored Range Rover.
The victim reported walking on York Street near the Duchess Diner around 11 p.m.
The victim said two men left the vehicle, showed handguns and took the victim's cell phone and wallet.
They then got back into the vehicle and fled on York Street.
Police said they spotted the Range Rover at a Valero gas station and tried to pursue it; however, they lost sight of near the Orange town line.
New Haven police said they later discovered the vehicle. In the driver's attempt to flee, the Range Rover crashed into a New Haven police cruiser.
The suspects fled on foot, but were caught a short time later.
West Haven detectives said they reviewed surveillance video at the Valero and were able to lift a fingerprint matching one of the suspects.
They said one of the suspects used the victim's credit card and showed identification to purchase cigarettes.
Goodman and Walker were charged with robbery, larceny and interfering with police.
Both were held on $100,000 bonds.
Police did not identify the juvenile or specify that suspect's charges.
