A few of my colleagues filled out the form on their main page hoping someone from management would respond and modify parking fees for those who have paid and didn't use their services. We received such a quick response from management, however they will not be refunding parking payments. Although, the did in fact give the following suggestion:

"You may terminate your account with 30 days’ notice. If you terminate your parking for June 2020 you will not be guaranteed a space or the current rate. You will need to go online at and put your name on a waiting list for this location to establish a new account" - Bob Fleece (Operations Manager)


Listening to this interview, I noticed there was no mention of whether or not LAZ had a plan for there monthly parkers. As of today there still charging. No one is responding to Parking fees.
