The baseball stadium saga in downtown Hartford continued on Friday.

The Yard Goats filed a motion to fight the developer trying to delay construction of the ballpark.

Centerplan said their request to preserve the work site in its current condition as evidence in its lawsuit against the city of Hartford and the owner of the Yard Goats in order to take pictures.

The paperwork filed in court on Friday by the city said there is no reason for Centerplan wanting to document.

"The condition of the ballpark because multiple parties have taken literally thousands of photographs and the ballpark has been studied in detail,” the court documents said.
