Eli’s Brick Oven Signature Meatballs Recipe

1lb ground beef (80/20)

1/4lb ground pork (90/10)

1ea whole egg

2oz grated Romano cheese

1/2oz chopped garlic

2tbsp ricotta (Liuzzi)

2oz pureed tomatoes

Chopped parsley

Salt/black pepper

4oz Italian bread, ripped in pieces and soaked in milk

**Makes about a dozen med-large meatballs
