Airline launches new nonstop flight to Miami from Bradley

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT (WFSB) - Frontier Airlines will launch a nonstop flight from Bradley International Airport to Miami over the winter.

The airline announced the new flight on Tuesday morning.

Flights were slated to start on Feb. 13, 2025.

“Thanks to Frontier Airlines for their continued investment at Bradley International Airport,” said Kevin Dillon, Connecticut Airport Authority executive director. “We look forward to their growth and a strengthened partnership with the addition of nonstop service to Miami.”

As of Tuesday, Frontier also flew between Bradley and Atlanta, Orlando, Raleigh-Durham, San Juan, and Tampa.

“We are excited to launch this new ultra-low cost service from Hartford to Miami this winter,” said Josh Flyr, vice president of network and operations design, Frontier Airlines. “For both Hartford-area consumers looking to travel to the Sunshine State, and for Floridians wanting to visit beautiful New England, this new service will offer Frontier’s signature affordability and convenience.”
