UConn to host Iowa in November to open women’s basketball season

STORRS, Conn. (WFSB) - The University of Connecticut women’s basketball team has agreed to start next season with a game against the Iowa Hawkeyes.

The Huskies will host Iowa in November.

It is not yet clear where the game will be played.

The following season, the Huskies will travel to Iowa to open their season.

UConn has won seven of its 11 games against Iowa.
