Hartford police investigating after car found with dozens of bullet holes

HARTFORD, Conn. (WFSB) - Hartford police are investigating an incident on North Canaan Street after a car was found with bullet holes on Wednesday evening.

Police said the incident happened around 10:30 p.m. The area was blocked off for several hours but has since reopened to drivers.

Channel 3 saw a car parked on North Canaan Street with bullet holes covering the front driver’s side door and the windshield. The car appeared to have been struck at least 30 times.

Police said they are still processing evidence.

There was no word on any injuries or what caused this incident.
