2 men, 1 woman arrested for drug distribution

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT (WFSB) - Police arrested three people during an operation targeting crack cocaine and fentanyl distribution in town.
Elijah Jorden, 23, and Vincent A. Bovino, 22, were two known drug traffickers arrested on Oct. 12.
Janaiya Sanchez, 20, was also arrested during the incident.
During the investigation, Officers seized fentanyl, powder cocaine, crack cocaine, ecstasy, Oxycodone pills, Xanax, and marijuana edibles.
Bovino also had a loaded firearm equipped with a high capacity magazine in his possession.
Bovino had two warrants for Violation of Probation from previous arrests for drug distribution and violation of protective orders.
Jorden had two active arrest warrants for possession and sale of cocaine.
All three were transported to South Windsor Police Department.
Vincent Bovino was charged with the following:
- Operation of Drug Factory
- Possession With Intent to sell a Narcotic Substance
- Conspiracy Possession With Intent to sell a Narcotic Substance
- Criminal Possession of a Firearm
- Illegal Possession of Large Capacity Magazine
- Interfering/Resisting Arrest
- Criminal use of a Firearm
He was issued a $700,000.00 bond for the aforementioned arrest. He was held on an additional $300,000.00 in relation to the probation violations.
Elijah Jorden was charged with the following:
- Operation of Drug Factory
- Possession With Intent to sell a Narcotic Substance
- Conspiracy Possession With Intent to sell a Narcotic Substance
- Criminal Possession of a Firearm
- Possession of a controlled substance
He was issued a $250,000.00 bond for the aforementioned arrest. Jorden was held on an additional $150,000.00 court set bond relating to the narcotic arrest warrants.
Janaiya Sanchez was charged with the following:
- Possession of controlled substance
- Possession with Intent Narcotic Substance
Sanchez was released and scheduled to appear before G.A. 12 on November 1.
