Mass. Man killed in Connecticut dirt bike crash
THOMPSON, Conn. (WFSB) - A 22-year-old Massachusetts man has died after a dirt bike crash in Thompson, Conn.
Around 4 p.m. on Saturday, DEEP’s Environmental Conservation Police responded to a dirt bike accident in Quaddick State Forest.
When they arrived, they found two dirt bikes had collided.
According to state officials, a 22-year-old Massachusetts man was killed in the crash.
He was identified as Steven G. Zografos, of Oxford, MA, who was pronounced deceased on scene.
Additionally, another 21-year-old male was transported via Life Star to a local area Hospital.
EnCon Police are investigating the incident with assistance from CT State Police.
No further information was immediately available.
