Former 2022 Travelers Championship winner set to return

CROMWELL, CT (WFSB) - A former winner of the Travelers Championship is returning for this year’s golf tournament.
Xander Schauffele is set to return to the TPC River Highlands in Cromwell when the event happens in June, organizers announced on Tuesday.
Schauffele won it back in 2022.
As of March 18, 2025, Schauffele was ranked 3rd in the World Golf Ranking.
He’ll be joining Scottie Scheffler, Wyndham Clark, and Collin Morikawa as the golfers announced in the player field so far.
The annual stop on the PGA Tour is scheduled from June 18-22, 2025 at the TPC River Highlands in Cromwell.
